Team PH – Finding Hope
For my 3rd collaboration with Team PH, we wanted to bring the action into live footage to make it about patients in the real world, so decided on using tracked footage – motion graphics inserted into video – to convey this.
The results were – I hope – true to the patients’ words, and formed a part of Team PH’s #PHFeelslike campaign to raise awareness about pulmonary hypertension.
